Is this allowed by Google? Are we hiding negative reviews?

You're not hiding anything from Google. The "Bad" path simply gives unhappy customers a private channel to reach you first. They're still completely free to write a Google review if they want — and many do, after you fix the issue. Google's review policies prohibit fake reviews and review-gating-by-payment, neither of which we do.

What if a customer wants to write a negative Google review anyway?

They can. We don't block them. The "Bad" path just gives them a private way to vent first — and most people who feel heard don't bother going public. The ones who still want to publish are within their rights and will.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You print the QR, place it on your counter, and that's it. Customers use their phone's built-in camera. You manage everything from a simple web dashboard on any device.

How does the 7-day free trial work?
